Job Description

Highlights:

• Recent graduate / Less experience will be considered as TRAINEE  
• Professional on-the-job training will be provided  

 Duties:

• Responsible for the logistics and shipping duties, including I/E shipping documents, Tradelink declaration and banking documents
• Liaise closely with suppliers, and overseas clients and forward the delivery arrangement  
• Provide general administration and clerical support  
• Assist in ad hoc assignments if necessary  

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of working experience in the trading company is preferred 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications  MS Office
• Less experienced/ Fresh graduate with high calibre is also welcome 
• Good command of ORAL English, putonghua and Cantonese  
• Immediate availability is preferred
