Due to ongoing expansion, a Japan-based F&B wholesaler and manufacturer is looking for 2-3 high-calibre candidates to join its flexible team.

Duties:

• Attend marketing events such as trade shows       
• Responsible for order processing and sales administrative support
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and items for presentations, barcode and label layout, and packing list
• Arrange product sample submission to customer buyers                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related experience in sales admin. or order processing area
• Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook & Excel
• Knowledge of using barcode/label drawing software would be beneficial
• JLPT N2 or above is a must and able to handle documents in Japanese
• Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
