Japanese-speaking Administrative Assistant (Health Equipment & Products Trading/ JLPT N2 or above/ Upto $20K)

Details

Duties:

  • Report to the Manager
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers (Mainly Japanese suppliers)
  • Participate in video conferences and be responsible for communication with Japanese suppliers, including oral and email communications in Japanese
  • Fulfill administrative duties, including taking minutes
  • Business trips to Japan and China when necessary

 

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with fluency in oral and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
