H.R. & Admin Clerk TRAINEE (日資知名企業/ Full training/14個月糧/ Newly created role)

Details

 

Duties:

  • Report to H.R. & Admin. Manager
  • Assist in handling attendance, staff leave records, headcount calculations,
  • Applyvisas for Senior Managers
  • Assist with general admin. duties
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned。

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel – including vlookup, pivot tables, and formulas)
  • Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin 
  • Basic Human Resources knowledge is a must 
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred 

The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
