Senior Personnel Clerk (知名塑料製造商& 批發商)




Job Highlights

  • Provide support in all-round HR functions
  • At least 2 yrs HR working experience
  • Work-life balance in a stable working environment

Job Duties : 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, daily filing, leave, and attendance management
  • Assist in managing Payroll and MPF
  • Assist in preparing personnel documents or memos and arrange medical / insurance
  • Assist in recruitment interviews, onboarding & exit arrangement 
  • Assist in all-round office administration 
  • Assist in arranging company functions, activities and training
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Personnel Clerk

Job Requirements : 

  • Diploma holder or above
  • 2 years or above related working experience in handling HR or administrative works 
  • Responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
