Admin.l & H.R. Officer/Senior Officer (中資上市公司/ 14個月糧+醫療+交通津貼+20日大假)



  • Responsible, detailed-oriented, self-motivated and well-organized
  • Ability to multi-task with a good sense of priorities and with the capability of working under pressure 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent work ability  
  • High level of ethics and confidentiality
  • Willingness to perform ad hoc duties after work hours (if necessary)
  • Stable working history will be a plus



  • Perform general office administration duties including front desk support
  • Handle full spectrum of human resources functions, HR Policy Review, Formulation & Implementation,
  • Recruitment, Payroll Calculations, MPF Contribution, Salary Taxation, Leave Record Update,
  • Visa Applications for Non-Resident Employees and daily clerical work  
  • Handling company vehicle-related matters (e.g., vehicle insurance and license renewal, etc.).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time, sometimes after working hours


  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Administration or related disciplines with 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Well-versed in HR practices, Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and related legislation
  • Hands-on experience with the Alpha Payroll System will be treated as an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English, and Chinese (Mandarin is a must).
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Applicants with fewer qualifications and experience will be considered for the post of Admin and HR Officer
