Marketing and Design Assistant (Newly created role)

Duties:

• Create CAD floor plans of the property using AutoCAD software
• Liaise closely with internal teams to produce marketing materials and content
• for updating the company's website and social media channels
• Provide office support to the department as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Associate degree graduates in a relevant field
• 1-2 years of working experience
• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement.
• Knowledge of generating AI graphics is a plus.
