Safety Supervisor / Site Safety Supervisor (Commercial Fit-Out / Main Contractor)

Due to business expansion across our commercial portfolio, a leading Construction & Interior Fit-Out Main Contractor is seeking a proactive, safety-conscious professional to join our project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and prepare risk assessments and site safety reports.

• Supervise, implement, and monitor the company's Safety Management System and site safety plan across active projects.

• Enforce safety regulations and ensure all sub-contractors, site workers, and visitors strictly adhere to safety procedures and statutory OSH standards.

• Organize and deliver site induction training, safety toolbox talks, and safety awareness sessions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or related disciplines.

• Solid experience in building contracting, interior fit-out, or commercial renovation projects is required.

• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong construction safety regulations and site health & safety guidelines.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) for reporting and site documentation.

• Good command of Rnglish and Chinese.

• Firm on safety enforcement, strong communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently on site.
