Due to ongoing expansion, a well-established Construction & Interior Fit-Out Main Contractor is seeking motivated engineering professionals to join our dynamic project team.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Engineer in daily site supervision, progress tracking, and quality control.
Coordinate effectively with different trades of contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Provide reliable backup and support for project budget control and tender preparation.
Handle technical documentation, drawing reviews, and site coordination tasks.
Diploma or Higher Diploma in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines.
Practical computer knowledge of AutoCAD is a must.
1 to 2 years of relevant M&E working experience. (More experience will be considered for the Building Services Engineer position).
Previous experience in interior fit-out and construction fields is a distinct advantage.
Fresh graduates or less experienced candidates are also welcome as Trainees (comprehensive on-the-job training provided).
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
