Quantity Surveyor TRAINEE (建築工程及建設項目/ 五天工作/ 提供在職培訓)

On-the-job training will be provided to the right candidate.

Duties:

• Handle sub-contractor accounts and projects
• Perform quantity surveying duties including cost estimation, price negotiation, tendering, contract administration, budget control, etc.
• Liaise with client, Main Contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Site visit if necessary

Requirements:

• Qualifications in quantity surveying or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in building works/construction projects
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes including sourcing, development, production, and quality is desirable
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Good communication, sub-contracting, and price negotiation skills
• Less experience/Recent graduate is also welcome as a TRAINEE
