General Clerk in Accounting Department (五天工作制|準時下班|穩健公司)

Duties:

  • Enter accounting data and keep invoices and receipts organised.
  • Follow up on client receivables.
  • Prepare simple reports and keep files ready for audit.
  • Assist with bank deposits and record petty cash.
  • Answer calls, manage emails, and support accountants with clerical work

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
  • Careful and detail‑minded
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Short notice/ immediate availability is preferred
