Job Highlights

Mon - Fri: 9:00 - 5:30 pm + Double Pay + Bonus + Medical

Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls and greet guests.
  • Distribute mail and arrange postage/courier deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintenance of office equipment and stationery ordering.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and visa applications.
  • Support occasional outdoor work and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or above is preferable
  • 1-2 years of administrative/ receptionist/ clerical experience is preferred
  • Experienced in the hotel / customer-oriented industry will be a plus
  • Immediate availability is preferred
