Duties:

• Maintain and update the sales database, filing system
• Prepare quotations, orders, sales enquiries and related activities
• Perform inter-department communication and cooperation
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• 1-2 years of working experience
• Less experienced/ Recent graduates are also welcome
• Cheerful, flexible, a good team player
• Immediate availability is preferred
