Duties:

  • Responsible for general office and operational support
  • Reception duties, answering phone calls, managing office and staff expenses, etc.
  • Assist with the annual company audit and monthly reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the internal departments.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • A degree holder is preferable
  • Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree with strong language skills also consider
  • 1-2 years of related experience in the administrative, clerical or reception sector
  • Less experience/ Recent graduate with high calibre is also welcome
  • Fluent in spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application
  • Independent, detail-oriented, flexible and processing good communication skills
