Customer Services Officer (FULL Benefits/ Work-life balance)

Details

 

Duties:

  • Liaise closely with the EEC-based head office
  • Provide general administrative support to the Service Centre
  • Handle enquiry in a decent & courteous manner
  • Provide quick and professional responses to customer enquiries 
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls

 

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of working experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience is essential
  • Good spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Degree holders are preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Presentable, patient, responsible, excellent customer service and a good team player.

The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
