A long-established company is seeking a hands-on Accounting Officer to oversee daily full-set accounting operations and audit coordination. The right candidate will play a key role in managing financial reporting and streamlining accounting workflows.

What You'll Do

• Handle full-set accounting, monthly closing, and financial reporting.

• Liaise with external auditors for year-end audits and statutory compliance.

• Maintain accounting records and coordinate with logistics operations.

• Manage daily cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and billing for freight and warehousing services.

• Support daily office administration and operations

What We're Looking For

• Education: Diploma or higher in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines.

• Experience: At least 2–3 years of accounting experience in freight forwarding/logistic.

• System: Knowledge or previous experience using accounting software for daily operations will be a plus.

• Skills: Proficiency in Cantonese. Good command of English and Mandarin.

• A previous stable work record is a MUST.
