Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including daily bookkeeping, GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and budget variance analyses.

• Manage inventory accounting, cost allocation, and trade settlement processing.

• Prepare quarterly/annual tax returns and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.

• Assist in cash flow management, trade finance (L/C), and treasury functions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of solid full-set accounting experience in the Trading / Import-Export industry.

• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); experience with ERP systems is preferred

• Ability to communicate in oral English and Cantonese with teammates.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
