Accounting Team Size: 4 persons (including Accounting Manager)
Report to the Accounting Department
Handle daily accounting duties, input vouchers & invoices, and prepare statements.
Prepare sales reports, perform stock list calculations & comparisons, and manage petty cash for retail shops.
Handle bank reconciliation, issue cheques, and perform outdoor work to the bank occasionally
Form 5 / Form 6 or above, with LCCI Level 2 or above.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (Experience in Full-set accounting is a definite advantage).
Knowledge of Flex accounting system is preferred; good PC skills in MS Word & Excel.
Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
