Accounts & Admin. Secretary (Stable Role, No Overtime)

Details

Industry: Trading Company, property investment and rental management (Financially Stable)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, no overtime, punctual finish

 

Duties:

  • Supervise one staff member handling daily bookkeeping and data entry
  • Maintain full set of Accounts independently
  • Prepare payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and monthly reports
  • Handle general office administration, filing, and HR support
  • Provide secretarial support to management, including document handling

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting / Business Administration
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with supervisory exposure
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Multiable/ QuickBooks / MYOB / Xero)
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
