Accounts Secretary (Trading/ 5 days work/ Work-life balance)

Details

Responsibilities:

•     Supervise subordinates in handling daily accounting entries, invoices, and payment records
•     Assist with month-end closing and basic financial reports
•     Maintain filing systems and organise accounting documents
•     Support import/export documentation and simple stock records
•     Support all-around office work if essential
 

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years' full set of accounting experience
  • Basic knowledge of trading/manufacturing operations
  • Familiar with invoices, vouchers, and simple reports
  • Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software
  • Fluent Cantonese, average Mandarin and basic English required
  • Stable, sincere, and responsible personality, a good team player
  • Willing to support all-around office work with a long-term mindset
