Details

Duties:

  • Provide general office help, like entering data and organizing files.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and manage expense claims and deposits.
  • Join events on weekends sometimes.
  • Do other tasks as needed.
  • Help keep the office running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / University graduate
  • Previous experience in accounting is helpful.
  • Know how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Speak and write well in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Be responsible, eager to learn, and able to work independently
