Accounts Clerk (Work-life balance)

Details

Duties

  • Provide bookkeeping, data entry, and filing support in Accounting and Operations.
  • Prepare documents for audits, bank payments, reimbursements, and financial reporting under the Accounting Manager's supervision.
  • Offer general administrative assistance and complete ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Maintain efficient workflow between branch and head office accounting staff.
  • Generate periodic P&L and cash flow reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • Proficient in computers and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in commercial trading and manufacturing preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting is required.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
