Details

Job Highlights:

  • Oversee A/P, A/R and general ledger for accurate reporting
  • Assist with HR and administrative to enhance efficiency
  • Use STAGE and Peachtree software in a dynamic environment

Accounting software: SAGE / Peachtree

Duties:

  • Report to the Department Head
  • Manage full set of Accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Assist in handling administrative, human resources, and clerical support to the team.
  • Perform occasional outdoor work, such as bank when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in accounting/ finance or LCCI Level 2 or above
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related accounting role.
  • Proficient in both Cantonese and English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • A stable working record would be beneficial
  • Eager to look for a job in a well-established Japan-based company)
