Assistant Accounting Officer (5 days work/ work-life balance & harmony)

Details

Duties: (Monthly Regular Work)

  • Prepare payroll for staff and monthly maintenance invoices.
  • Process payments to suppliers, and subcontractors, and manage expenses.
  • Create MPF Remittance Statement and follow up on monthly reports.
  • Maintain a full set of accounts, including data input and filing.
  • Prepare annual audited report documents and regular financial analysis.

(Non-Regular Job Work)

  • Renew the company's Annual Return and submit profit/staff remuneration tax.
  •  
  • Requirements:
  • LCCI Level 2 or equivalent
  • Over 3 years of working experience in Accounting, Book-keeping and Engineering Company will be preferable
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Able to deal with clients/ sub-contractors/ suppliers 
  • Less experience will be considered as TRAINEE
