Accounts Clerk / Officer (中資公司/ 歡迎 IANG 簽證持有者應徵)

Duties 職責:
  • ­Responsible for daily accounting duties, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and maintaining general accounting books 負責日常會計職責,包括應收帳款(AR)、應付帳款(AP)及維護一般會計帳簿
  • ­Handle month-end and year-end closing 處理月末和年末結帳
  • ­Liaise with banks and prepare annual audit documents 與銀行聯絡並準備年度審計文件
  • ­Provide general office and administrative support as needed 根據需要提供一般辦公室和行政支援
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned 執行指定的臨時任務
Requirements 要求:
  • ­At least 2 years of accounting experience 至少2年會計經驗
  • ­Ability to communicate in Cantonese.  Good command of English and Mandarin 能用廣東話溝通, 良好的英語和普通話能力
  • ­Proficient in computer skills, eg. MS Word, Excel 精通電腦技能,例如。微軟Word、Excel
  • Knowledge in Quickbook/MYOB will be a plus 了解 Quickbook/MYOB 者優先
  • ­Conscientious and sincere with a strong sense of responsibility 認真誠懇,責任感強
  • Less experience/fresh graduates will also be considered to Admin. Clerk position 經驗較少/應屆畢業生也將被考慮擔任行政文員職位
  • ­Immediate availability is highly preferred 可即時上班有優勢
