Accounting and Admin. Clerk (Work-life balance)

Job Highlights

Duties:

  • Assist to handle full set of Accounts  
  • Prepare and update monthly budget, prepare budget reports 
  • Handle digital payment methods, eg. Alipay, WeChat pay, etc. 
  • Other ad hoc assignments  

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of working experience  
  • 1-2 years of experience in handling a simple full set of Accounts is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, knowledge of accounting software  
  • Good command of Chinese and English 
  • A stable working record will be a plus  
  • Open-minded to learn, ability to handle all SME accounting books  
  • Short notice/ Immediately available is highly preferred
