Business Development Executive (MNC / Korea & Japan Market)

 

Duties: 

  • Evaluate and identify target customers fit for company’s model (for Japan & Korea region)
  • Negotiate and define customer engagement strategies with the objectives to increase sales revenue, line count & margin
  • Liaise with Sales Team to ensure the delivery of committed services.
  • Liaise wtih Supply Chain Management to ensure the fluent implementation of Supply Chain programs.
  • Build long-term professional relationships with customers.
  • Perform business reviews with customer to ensure the customer satisfaction and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Proactively work with functional heads in corporate office to ensure getting the right resources to support the business growth

Requirements: 

  • Solid account development experience in multinational company or multi-line distributor
  • 3 years or above trading experience,
  • Experience in Japan and Korean market will be definitely a plus
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in business proposal & good at data analysis
  • Good command of English
  • Knowlege of Japanese / Korean language is highly preferable
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
