Accounting & Admin. Clerk (US-based Company / 5-day work)

 

Duties: 

  • Report to the Accounting Manager 
  • Handle Full set of accounts and prepare Financial Statement
  • Handling A/P & A/R function including payment requisition and cheque & TT arrangements
  • Review and reimburse staff expenses claims
  • Handle some admin. & H.R. duties (Payroll / MPF / Recruitment/ Attendance Record)
  • Assist in annual audit
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • With 5 years or above experience in small and medium enterprises
  • Stable working record will be definitely a plus
  • Good command of English and Cantonese; Basic Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
  • Immediate availability is preferable
