Operation Officer (五天工作/14月糧/福利齊)

 

Duties:

  • Assisting the Sales and Purchase team, prepare quotation and documents, handle order raised and processing within time frame, and keep track on order status on daily basis using company systems.
  • Regular updates for all the online channels and social platforms.
  • Build customer relationships and handle customers’ enquiries through email or telephone or IM.
  • Document handling and system entry.
  • Communicate effectively between internal parties, customers and external parties for any issues of order such backlog, possible late shipments, etc
  • Provide customer service and related matter for our customers.
  • Review stock level on a regular basis and remind relevant parties to order if necessary.
  • Visit shop to provide marketing support and collect customer feedback regularly.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks if necessary.
  • Travel to China

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines. 
  • 5 years of relevant working experiences in marketing, customer service field, order processing.
  • Working experience in PRC company and communicate between PRC customers and external parties is preferred.
  • Strong exposure and experience in China market.
  • Responsible, Energetic, Active and willing to learn new things, hardworking, pleasant character with customer service orientated attitude.  With good communication skills, detail-minded and well-organised.
  • Good data organization and presentation skills. Knowledge and experiences of online social media is an advantage.
  • Good command in both Spoken & Written English and Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Able to handle multi-task in dynamic environment with fast working pace.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
