Duties: 

  • Report to the Office Manager
  • Assist in handling Director's personal and family issues
  • Travel itineraries and accommodation arrangement
  • Assist in ad hoc admin. work as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Flexible, cheerful, stable with pleasant personality
  • Stable working record will be a plus
  • Immediate availability is preferred
