Customer Service Coordinator (MNC)

 

Duties:

Provide full spectrum of pre-sales and post-sales supports in Technical Service Department including but not limited to:

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Handle walk-in / phone-in customers' orders, requirements and enquiries independently
  • Prepare repairing quotation, repairing contract and related documents
  • Schedule and coordinate the repairing orders with technical service engineers
  • Follow up the payment with customers

Post-Sales Support:

  • Prepare purchase order, Proforma invoice and documents
  • Follow up the shipment by liaising with suppliers and internal departments to achieve just-in-time delivery
  • Monitor the stock level of inventory
  • Maintain a clear record of in and out of spare parts

Others:

  • Provide administrative support to Technical Service Department

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above with at least 1-2 years relevant experience in sales administration and order processing, preferably in technical service department
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing)
  • Experience in using Oracle or ERP system is an advantage
  • Proficient in Mandarin and good command of written English
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, independent and good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasking at the same time
  • Immediate available preferred
