Sales Coordinator (Diamond & Gems Retailer/ 14個月糧/ 福利齊)

Duties:

• Provide full support for the retail jewelry
• Prepare quotations according to customer requirement
• Follow up on customer orders and update the production system 
• Liaise with the workshop to monitor the production process and ensure on-time delivery for the shipment
• Update products info on the website
• Data entry of purchasing memo and invoice

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of sales coordination/sales support in the jewellery industry.
• Candidate with knowledge in gemstone grading and experience in retail jewellery is highly preferred.
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Writing and typing skill in Chinese is a must.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• More experience will be considered for the Senior post
• Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
