Job Description

A well-established agent and distributor of Japan-Animation.  With expansion on the business, they are currently looking for high calibre to join their team as a Licensing Officer with job duties and requirements as below shown : 

Duties:

• Assist in product approval for licensing projects.
• Draft and plan schedule for movie channels.
• Handling dubbing, subtitling, writing the synopsis and drafting movie highlights and managing social media accounts. 
• Work with licensing teammates for animation IP distribution
• Responsible for consolidation of a license agreement
• Provide general support to the team and assist in the preparation of a regular report
• Maintain a good relationship between licensor and licensee.
• Occasional business trip to Asia Market is required
• Develop and explore new customers and expand animation licensing business in Asia
• Responsible for market research of the animation industry and animation IP

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Media, Communications or related disciplines
• 2 years or above relevant experience in the TV/Media/Animation industry is preferred
• Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese)
