Senior Data Engineer (成衣配件製造商/ 五天工作/ Upto $35K)

Duties:

• Create and maintain the data pipeline architecture.
• Assemble data warehouses and conduct quantitative analyses that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
• Build the infrastructure required for data extraction, mining, transformation and automation from various data sources.
• Set up, test and optimize business intelligence tools, analytics software and database servers to maximize the functionality of the current data systems.
• Lead on data transformation strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product and Tech teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a data engineer or a data analyst
• Degree holder in Data Science, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Good knowledge of Report Visualization, Data Analysis, Cloud Server and local System Integration;
• Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and architectures that involved both online and offline data sets.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres, MongoDB and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with Python and/or JavaScript is an advantage
• Experience in BI / Reporting tools (Tableau preferred, but not must)
• Experience in Server Migration and with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Good team spirit, able to work closely with team members
• Curious, with a focus on understanding the business objectives as well as the technology
• Passionate about data integrity with keen attention to accuracy and detail
