Project Management Manager (Digital/ IT industry/ Newly created role/ Work-life balance)

Duties:

• Team lead role in digital services (web/app /system);
• Lead/coach a project team to build relationships and maintain constant contact with key clients to understand project goals, specifications, requirements, feedback, and expectations;
• Prepare correspondences and documents, proposals, budget estimation, pitches, and presentations;
• Establish & maintain strong relationships with existing & potential key accounts;
• Work closely with project development teams to control project flow and deliver high-quality digital works to clients.
• Identify new business and channel opportunities;
• Frequently review and analyze the sales performance and plan;

Requirements:

• Solid experience in account servicing or project management in the field of the digital/IT industry;
• Strong sense of the latest digital media practices and trends;
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
