TRAINEE Technical Support Engineer (Leading EEC-based Trading/ Work-life-balance)

Duties:

• Provide consultation & expertise to the team as well as in-house and on-site customer service in a timely manner
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting with solutions to the product problems
• Stay up-to-date on project changes and new technologies
• Coordinate with related parties for equipment installation and adjustment
• Responsible for the product assembly, control cabinet installation, and demo-kit preparation
• Provide technical knowledge to internal and external customers.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent Engineering background
• With 1-year of experience in maintenance, installation, and inspection of industrial process control products/systems would be a plus
• Experience in tender/project handling or control system design is preferred
• Recent graduates with high calibre are also encouraged to apply
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
