Sales Coordinator (Paper related products wholesaler / HK Local market)

Job Description

Due to ongoing expansion, a well-developed Wholesaler for over 40 years is urgently looking for several high caliber candidates to fill in the following position. 


  • Liaise with customers for product requirements and specifications;
  • Coordinate with the customers and the factory in the product development
  • Provide account servicing support and customer inquiries
  • Monitor and coordinate all aspects of production
  • Conduct cost estimation and prepare quotations
  • Implement project sales strategy for the local market
  • Upkeep client database, annual turnover, and periodic sales reports
  • Oversee stock control, demand forecasting, and database of FSC compliance 
  • Occasional customer visits if necessary


  • Over 3 years of experience in packaging/ stationaries or paper-related products 
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Independent with the ability to adapt to the dynamic working environment
  • A stable working record will be a plus
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
