Sales Support Coordinator (Marine Equipment Trading/ 五天工作)

  • Responsible for order processing including quotation, purchase order, invoice, packing list and shipping documents, etc
  • Take prompt action and report to the superior if any problem happened
  • Follow up closely with suppliers, factory, and shipping department for the logistic arrangement to ensure on-time delivery
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned



  • Over 2 years of relevant sales coordination, order processing, or production monitoring/planning experience in a trading company
  • An advantage with past experience in electronics/engineering products, industrial equipment or related products
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
