Purchaser (Diamond & Gems Retailer/ 14個月糧/ 福利齊)

Duties

• Liaise with suppliers of diamond (parcel & cert) as well as the colour gemstone for purchase of loose materials聯絡鑽石及寶石 (包頭及證書) 供應商採購物料
• Keep track of stock inventory level and update market price regularly管控倉存水平及定時更新市場價格
• Assort diamond and gemstone in parcel according to size and quality regarding company standard根據原材料的大細及質量進行篩選及進倉管理
• Assist in following up customer orders with workshop協助工場跟進客人訂單
• Data entry of purchasing memo and invoice記錄採購寄存及單據

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in purchasing and assorting diamonds, preferably with colourful gemstones. 3-4年鑽石及/或寶石採購經驗。
• Candidate with gem grading certification or related training is highly preferred. 擁有寶石鑒證資歷或相關培訓者優先考慮
• Writing and typing skill in Chinese is a must. 需懂中文輸入法。
• Immediate availability is highly preferred 可即時上班優先考慮
• More experience will be considered for the Senior position
• Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
