Sourcing Officer (知名運動配件品牌)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sourcing projects to cope with company strategies and sourcing targets.
• Organized sourcing target
• Keep updating market trends and sourcing new/innovative products proactively.
• Negotiating competitive trading terms and conditions with partnership suppliers
• Communicating closely with both internal and external parties on projects and maintaining high-level of working efficiency
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Regular project updates and reports to the manager.

Requirements:

• Min 3 experience in sourcing or project management (industry experience is a plus)
• Prefer to have experience in supplier & cost management. Good sense of numbers. Fact and data-driven.
• Sound knowledge and experience in plastics and metals manufacturing processes, injection molding, and tooling are preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with all stakeholders/teammates as well as convey the objectives & projects within teams.
• Strong interpersonal, presentable, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Able for occasional traveling to China (or Southeast Asia)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sourcing Assistant
