A top-leading Japan-based garment and sundries trading group with a history of over 80 years of history in Japan, urgently looking for a Merchandiser with the job duties and requirements as below.

Mon - Friday: 09:00 - 05:30 pm

Duties:

• Liaise with materials suppliers regarding all aspects of the materials development
• Follow up from product samples all along to bulk production
• Assist in negotiation of price and costing package
• Evaluate production problems and work with suppliers for the solution or alternative
• Monitor order processing status to meet quantity, quality, order specification, and delivery date requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in the garment business
• Knowledge of Knit Sweater is preferable
• Oral English and Mandarin are essential
• Able to work independently
