Sales & Service Manager (MNC Mfg/Compress Technique/福利齊)

A well-established (over 100 years of history) MNC manufacturer now is looking for a high calibre to join the team as a Sales & Service Manager (Compress Technique).  The subjected firm in the hold of major businesses focuses on compress and vacuum technique, construction tools and equipment, and assembly systems etc. with headquarter located in Sweden.
Below are the job duties and the requirements of the right candidate:
  • This position has overall responsibility to achieve sustainable profitable growth with high focus on market share and consolidated profitability for CTS Division in HK market
  • Empower and grow CTS employees in HK in line with our corporate values and guidelines in "The Way We Do Things"
Job Duties: 
Territory Management and implementation of aftermarket sales and service strategy
  • Be responsible for the Profit & Loss of CTS business in HK market.
  • In line with Division strategy and cooperate with other HK Managers and colleagues to stay ahead of the local market for the sales of service products including spare parts, fixed price service, service plan and optimized products. and achieve ambitious profitable growth targets.
  • Grow service revenue and profitability by consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and by recognizing opportunities to develop and promote all aspects of Services and Spares capabilities to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Develop strong and sustainable sales channels, to give mixed products the best chance to HK market with a strong focus on overall market share, profitability and cost efficiency targets of the business line.
  • Ensure solid relationships with key customers, support their specific needs and provide excellent service.
  • Deal with significant customer complaints, to stabilize, maintain and improve customer relationships.
  • Closely follow up WIP trend and cooperate with back office to make sure NIS generation.
  • Responsible for the implementation of operations process, including onsite SOP, service productive hours statistics, to continuously improve operations cost efficiency.
  • Safeguard a safe and healthy working environment. Obey and behave strictly with AC's "The Way We Do Things" and "Business Code of Practice" and apply in daily operations.
Aftermarket sales team and operation team development & people management
  • To lead and develop the aftermarket sales and operation team in according to market needs, territory management and new service products development in HK market.
  • To develop the competencies of aftermarket team.
  • To attract and retain skillful and professional people.
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical or other related fields;
  • Min. 5 years or above of experience in the management of sales or marketing field;
  • Possession of business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skill with generating and maintain good relationships with external and internal parties;
  • Good team spirit with strong leadership and management skills;
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and good problem-solving skills;
  • Logical and analytical with creativity;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
