Operation Manager (5 Days / Full Benefits / $40K or Up)

A well-established manufacturer of Electronic Parts / Components / Circuits with based in HK and a self-owned factory (approx. 1,900 ppl) located in China is now looking for a high calibre to join the team as an Operation Manager with job duties and requirements as below shown:
  • Lead and manager a team of Managers, Supervisors, and Staffs on coordinating the orders with fulfilled customers' demand, quantity, quality and deliver time;
  • Proceed analysis and evaluation with forecast and risk prevention as well as from customers' demands as well as in supply chain, cost control, inventory control and planning, production capacity of plants and machineries etc.;
  • Act as major coordinator with update project process, improvement, cost control and saving etc.;
  • Set up the forecast, schedule, and plans of production with aligning adequate resources of material, machine and equipment and manpower for production plans
  • Lead and execute the production planning with analysis customers' forecasts and master plan for ERP
  • Develop departmental plans and training, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
  • Control resources and policy formation in area of responsibility
  • Good skills in interact with multinational customers on order tracking; problem solving; process improvement as well as developing customer relationship
  • Works with Project Engineering to plan and support for the project or operation
  • Yearly plan for budget purpose
  • Business trips to factory located in Dongguan, China are required.
  • Degree holder in Manufacturing or related disciplines;
  • Min. 15-20 years of experience in Production Planning Management (PPM) in manufacturer is preferred;
  • Candidates with experience in Electronic Parts/Circuit/Parts is a MUST;
  • Experienced as top management with executed the company policies and procedures in effective, adequate, and accurate ways with excellent time management;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Windows & Office etc. (Experience/ Knowledge in KAIZEN/ Lean Manufacturing is preferred)
  • Good presentation skills in identify and solve problems with providing the corrective action plans;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with maintain harmonious relationship with internal and external parties.
