Shipping Clerk (MNC Houseware Trading / 五天工作 / Upto $20K)


Mon - Fri: 10:00 - 06:00 pm



  • Handle the full set of I&E shipping documents
  • Prepare and perform D/A, D/P and  documentation processing
  • Follow up on import documents from vendors/suppliers. Create accurate trading documentation for overseas customers
  • Arrange 3rd party inspection for bulk shipments and shipment booking coordination with forwarder
  • Monitor delivery status and follow-up actions to be taken up for any issues
  • Prepare debit/credit notes, shipment reports & data entry, as well as book-entry accounting duties



  • 1-2 years of experience in handling a full set of I/E and banking documents
  • Experience in a trading firm or buying office operation  
  • Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Chinese word processing)
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and independent thinking
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
