Operation Officer / Clerk (葵涌 / Forwarder and Logistics Company)



  • Handle clients' inquiries and complaints
  • Liaise with customers, transporters, agent for shipment planning and execution 
  • Ensure accurate input/ update of data into ERP system 
  • Handle and prepare relevant shipping documentations 
  • Sending pre-alert and proof of delivery to clients or agents/partners timely
  • Be cost conscious in the use of contractors or vendors
  • Issuance of shipment invoices within 24 hours of shipment
  • Cost verification and cost update onto ERP system
  • Maintain proper and systematic filings of shipment documents 
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required 


  • 1-2 years of solid experience in the Air Freight Forwarding/ Logistics Industry
  • Candidates with the certificate for RAR (Regulated Agent Regime) or DGR (Dangerous good Regulation) is preferred but not essential;
  • Responsible, mature, detailed mind and good team player
  • Able to work overtime and under pressure
  • Good spoken and written English & Chinese;
  • Good skills in the use of MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Less experience is also welcome as Trainee
