Logistic Supervisor/Asst. Logistic Supervisor (MNC/ 25K or up/ Good Career Development)

A subsidiary of an EEC-based high-quality audio-items is now looking for a high caliber as a Logistic Supervisor/Asst Logistic Supervisor with below job scopes and requirements:
Job Duties:
  • Overseeing orders, supply chain, operation and warehouse management;
  • Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and local warehouse for shipment arrangements to maintain on-time delivery;
  • Supervise and support order processing including providing and manage service contracts;
  • Prepare weekly order forecast to ARVATO as well as daily/monthly logistics reports;
  • Supervise shipment coordination, inventory planning and stock take as well as inventory reconciliation, disposal and scrapping issues;
  • Communicate the order status and handle complaints when necessary with colleagues in other locations of the APAC region
  • Review inbound/outbound report and monitor the service level of the warehouse;
  • I/E control for subsidiaries in APAC region;
  • Handle logistics issues by providing solutions to clients/interview parties in a timely manner;
  • Review internal procedures to improve efficiency and enhance the level of customer service as well as formulate and review 3PL performance with KPI on a regular basis;
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task or project implements as assigned.
  • HD or above in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or relative disciplines;
  • Min 3 years or above relative experience (Candidates with experience in supervisory would be an advantage but not a must);
  • Proficient knowledge in I/E and trade regulations (EU and APAC regions preferred);
  • Proficiency in use of PC, MS Windows, Office (Candidates with knowledge in the use of ERP system would a plus);
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • Good analysis, presentation and communication skills;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
