Native Japanese Speaking Customer Service Associate (五天工作)

Duties:

  • Report to Japanese-speaking Manager
  • Handle customer's enquiry with email, phone call and live chat 
  • Provide solution to account user with excellent customer-service
  • Deal with documents by using Excel, Word, PowerPoint  
 
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years experience in customer support field 
  • Native Japanese-speaking is a must
  • Business level in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application
