Requirements:
Working experience in the Customer Service/ Hotline services industry
Good spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Knowledge of Japanese/ Korean is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Result-oriented, customer-centric and flexible in accepting assignments
Duties:
Report to the Line Manager
Provide technical support services to clients with KPI
Respond to clients' enquiries by phone call and email with committed SLA
Coordinate and arrange engineer to perform on-site service following SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Handle hardware RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with manufacturer /distributor
Liaise with suppliers, vendors or sub-contractors for the right resources and best pricing across Asia Pacific, prepare the budget for client approval
Field technical support for troubleshooting (level 1)
Prepare document for preventative maintenance with equipment
Fault finding and break/fix of presentation systems consisting of extenders, and microphones for local presentation
Content uploading for digital signage system at client site
Complete paperwork for each job ensuring comprehensive reports on work completed
Communicate identified faults to clients
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
