Helpdesk Support Engineer TRAINEE (中區/ 5-day work)




  • Warm care for new staff in a friendly environment

  • On-the-job training will be provided

  • 5-day work + Flexible working hours + Full benefit


  • Working experience in the Customer Service/ Hotline services industry 

  • Good spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Knowledge of Japanese/ Korean is preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Result-oriented, customer-centric and flexible in accepting assignments


  • Report to the Line Manager

  • Provide technical support services to clients with KPI

  • Respond to clients' enquiries by phone call and email with committed SLA

  • Coordinate and arrange engineer to perform on-site service following SLA (Service Level Agreement)

  • Handle hardware RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with manufacturer /distributor

  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors or sub-contractors for the right resources and best pricing across Asia Pacific, prepare the budget for client approval

  • Field technical support for troubleshooting (level 1)

  • Prepare document for preventative maintenance with equipment

  • Fault finding and break/fix of presentation systems consisting of extenders, and microphones for local presentation

  • Content uploading for digital signage system at client site

  • Complete paperwork for each job ensuring comprehensive reports on work completed

  • Communicate identified faults to clients

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
