Assistant to Admin. & H.R. Director (中資上市公司/14個月糧+醫療+交通津貼


 (中資上市公司/ 14個月糧+醫療+交通津貼+20日大假)



  • Report to the Department Head
  • Manage all-round H.R. & Administrative work including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relation, monthly payroll calculations, MPF contribution, handling tax issues for senior management, tax filing, staff records maintenance, leave record update and annual salary review, working visa arrangement for Expertise;
  • Supervise company drivers, office maid and lead 1 team-mate to perform office administrative work
  • Provide professional H.R. advice to management and assist to implement company policies & procedures
  • Handle general office equipment, facilities maintenance & other operational duties
  • Prepare and update related HR and administrative reports for management review;
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments 



  • At least 10 years of working experience
  • With over 3 years in Admin. & office management & Human Resources experience preferably from listed company or sizeable company;
  • Sound knowledge in H.R. practices, Labor Ordinance & related legal regulatory;
  • Good command of  English, and Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin will be definitely a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications eg. Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing;
  • Cheerful, proactive, task-oriented, multi-tasking and independent with high flexibility in accepting assignments
  • Good management, communication & interpersonal skills with strong sense of confidentiality
  • Study in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
