Human Resources Officer ( 上市公司 )


Duties :

  • Provide all around recruitment administration
  • Post advertisements, screen CVs, interview with candidates and confirm employment
  • Evaluate recruitment channels and try new platforms
  • Coordinate with operations/clients for 2nd interview, if required
  • Coordinate and participate recruitment activities
  • Update ‘Job Vacancies' at company website
  • Issue letters and notices
  • Consolidate and prepare employment data/reports
  • Back-up counter recruitment services
  • Other ad-hoc assignments



  • Diploma in Human Resources or Administration or relevant disciplines
  • 1-2 year's relevant working experience in Administration or Human Resources
  • Less experience / Fresh graduate with mature mind is also welcome
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
